The curved front face of the climbing wall is going up!

The Dream team are making great progress with the front panels of the new wall.  This surface is not only steeper than anything else on the tower (or the rest of the climbing wall for that matter) but also curved!

Some more photos from the Ropes Course

I had a sneak peek from the top of the tower today amidst talking shop with the construction team.  The whole project is looking absolutely brilliant and promises to 'wow' anyone that sees it.

The guys working on adding the final elements to the Aerial Trekking.

Don't look down; view from the Fan drop platform.

Ropes course and Dirt Jumps Construction sneak peak

Works with the Ropes course and Dirt jumps are progressing at a phenomenal rate.  The Ropes course team have been working for around three weeks now whilst the Dirt Jumps were only started a few days ago.  Here's some pics of the up and coming developments to wet the appetite.

The main access and climbing tower for the Ropes Course.

View from the 1st floor of the centre showing the Developmental activities emerging alongside the climbing wall and Aerial Trekking in the background.

The Dirt Jump track is moving along quickly.  By the time I got to the computer to write this they looked completely different from this photo!

Another picture of the climbing wall which has progressed well too since this photo was taken this morning.

The first steel is up for the new climbing wall

Today Scott and his boys are cranking up the steel for the new tower. These beams are for the slab section. Keep an eye out for more posts of the construction effort.

There's a hole in the wall!

Indeed there is but don't worry; we put it there.  Today we were taking down all the holds, panels and steel from lines 10 to 16 in preparation for the new tower construction.

Some work will be carried out tomorrow but as advertised the wall will be closed Monday to Friday until 4pm until the construction works ahve finished.
