Here at Transition Extreme we are proud to announce that this years Etchachan club winter lecture series will be held in centre.
Throughout the winter four talks will be given on a variety of subjects from island cragging inScotland
The first talk will be from the wall regular Henning Wackerhage, on the 13th of December!
Henning is an exercise physiologist and an outstanding photographer. His talk will be in three parts:
-Genetics and training for climbing
-Strategy for maximising winter climbing opportunities from of a limited number of climbing days.
-The ‘Patey Exam’ – climbing Scorpion, Eagle Ridge and Mitre Ridge in a single winter season.
